Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of websites, client portals, learning platforms, digital products, coaching, advisory, career services, software-enabled services, and other offerings provided by Innovative Leadership Strategies ("ILS," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using an ILS service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

ILS provides leadership development, executive coaching and advisory, courses and educational programs, assessments, career services, and technology-enabled services. Specific features, deliverables, duration, eligibility, and pricing may vary by offering and will be described on the applicable sales page, order, proposal, statement of work, or service description.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and promptly notifying ILS of suspected unauthorized access. Access rights are personal to the authorized user or organization and may not be transferred or shared except as expressly permitted by ILS.

3. Purchases, subscriptions, and fees

Prices and payment terms are presented at purchase or in an applicable agreement. Some offerings may be one-time purchases and others may be subscriptions or organization-level software services. Taxes may apply. Third-party payment processors may process payments on our behalf.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund rights are governed by the terms presented for the specific offering at the time of purchase or by a separately executed agreement. For the LEVERAGE Framework, purchasers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Unless a specific offering states otherwise, purchasing a service does not guarantee a particular business, leadership, employment, interview, compensation, or career outcome.

5. LEVERAGE Framework access and support

The LEVERAGE Framework is a 10-module self-paced program. Purchasers have 12 months from the purchase date to complete the program and retain Learning Hub access for 12 months from the purchase date. The purchase includes email support with a 24-hour response target and one strategy session, which must be scheduled within 7 days of purchase.

6. Coaching and advisory

ILS coaching and advisory services are intended for professional development and business or leadership support. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, tax, investment, or other licensed professional services. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

7. Career services

Career Services may include resume development, resume analysis, applicant-tracking-system-focused review, LinkedIn or professional-brand support, cover-letter tools, interview preparation, job-search strategy, and related coaching. ILS does not guarantee that a resume will pass any particular automated screening system or that Career Services will result in an interview, job offer, promotion, compensation level, or other employment outcome.

8. Technology and third-party providers

ILS may use third-party technology providers to deliver portions of its services, including payment processing, communications, hosting, analytics, authentication, document processing, career technology, and other infrastructure. Some services may be presented through an ILS-branded interface even when underlying technology is provided by a third party. Your use of certain features may also be subject to applicable third-party terms.

9. Organization and SaaS services

Organizations may subscribe to ILS software or platform services with different modules, features, user limits, or entitlements. Optional modules, including Career Services or resume-related capabilities, may be included or excluded according to the organization's plan. Organization administrators are responsible for authorized-user access within their account.

10. Intellectual property

ILS owns or licenses its platform, branding, course materials, frameworks, templates, content, software, and other intellectual property. Except for the limited right to use purchased services for their intended purpose, no ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit ILS materials or software except with written permission or where applicable law expressly permits it.

11. Your content

You retain ownership of information and documents you provide, including resumes and career materials. You grant ILS and its service providers the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, analyze, and otherwise handle that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

12. Acceptable use

You may not use ILS services unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with platform security or operation; upload malicious material; misuse another person's information; or use the services in a manner that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

13. Availability and changes

ILS may update features, providers, interfaces, or service components as the platform evolves. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, nonpayment, or misuse. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

14. Disclaimers

Except for warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, ILS services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Educational, coaching, career, and technology tools support professional decision-making but do not replace your judgment or guarantee specific results.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ILS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from use of the services. Any additional limitations applicable to an organization or engagement may be stated in the governing agreement.

16. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time, subject to applicable payment or contract obligations. ILS may restrict or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or nonpayment, subject to applicable law and contractual commitments.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
